I need a Receiver Hitch with the maximum ground clearance for a 2020 Honda Odyssey.

For the greatest amount of ground clearance, you'd want to use the Curt Class III # C64NR which would provide approximately 12-1/4 inches of ground clearance under the hitch receiver tube. This hitch also has the advantage of being the least visible, as everything but the receiver tube and the safety chain loops are tucked up behind the rear bumper. This hitch is tucked up closer to the bumper, which explains the greater amount of ground clearance.
