Read all the discussion on a 2019 RAV 4 Hybrid hitch. I have a new 2020 RAV 4 Hybrid. Will the 2019 fit my 2020 RAV 4 or has Toyota changed the width of the 2020 model year frame? How about the wiring harness, will the 2019 fit my 2020? Thanks for the help. Curt or etrailer trailer hitch

If you are referring to the Class III etrailer Hitch Receiver part # e23ZR and the Curt Class III hitch part # C13416 they are both a fit for the 2019 and 2020 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid. The 2019 and 2020 RAV4 Hybrid are both a part of the same generation so the frame has not changed.
I recommend The etrailer which is a concealed cross tube design so the only portion of the hitch that is visible once installed is the receiver square. I have attached an installation video for your reference.
For wiring harnesses you will want the Curt T-Connector part # C56434. I recommend the Curt brand because it can handle a couple more amps per circuit to protect your vehicle's electrical system.
If you already have a hitch and you are asking if it will fit your 2020 I would need to know which hitch you have to confirm that.
