Is Curt 2 Trailer Hitch Receiver a Good Option for a Bike Rack for a 2019 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid

Question:

This is one of 2 products recommended for a 2019 Toyota RAV 4 Hybrid Limited like ours. Is this hitch good for a 2 inch bicycle rack? Is there any installation issues peculiar to a hybrid.

The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13416 is a great solution for carrying a bike rack with your 2019 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid. We actually have had a number of customer install this on Hybrid models and none of them note that there are any differences in the installation process, in fact most of them say it was a pretty easy install.

Please note that your bike rack needs to measure at least 5" from the center of the hitch pin hole to the closest part of the rack to fit past the bumper on your RAV4. This is the same for the Draw-Tite # DT82QR as well so there wouldn't be any advantage to switching trailer hitches because of that.
