Question:

I own a 2018 land rover discovery TD6 diesel and I do not see that specific model listed. Will part # C13396 work?

As long as your 2018 Land Rover Discovery Sport HSE TD6 does not have the 5+2 seating (3rd row), the Curt # C13396 is a confirmed fit on your vehicle. If you have a Discovery Sport that is the 5+2 seating, there is not a hitch that is confirmed for use on that vehicle.

In order to finish out your towing package you'll need to add a few other parts like trailer wiring, a ball mount and hitch ball. For trailering wiring, you'll want to use the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring # C56297 to create a 4 way connector at the back of your vehicle to connect to your trailer's lights. This wiring harness tees in behind the tail lights on your 2018 Land Rover Discovery Sport to provide an easy installation.

If you need a hitch ball and ball mount, I recommend using the # 989900 kit which provides you with both a 1-7/8" and 2" hitch ball as well as a ball mount that can be used as either a rise or drop mount.

I've attached a picture for you to see how it will look once it is installed as well as the installation details.
