Hi, I lost one of the long bolts and barrel nut with the plastic locking sleeve mechanism. Trying to get a replacement bolt/nut/plastic-sleeve. Didnt want to have to buy an entire clamp unit itself. Please advise.

I believe you are just needing the Replacement M6 x 40 mm Hex Head Bolt # TH908064011 along with the Axle Nut # 853-0446-01 for your Thule Fat Mouth FM1 mounting clamp. These are direct replacements and will work perfectly.
