Part was exactly what I needed. Called around to a few local places with no luck. The parts came to me in 2 days with Priority shipping (sooner than the tracking information said!), got my rack on my roof, and saved my trip. I was on hold with the local shop that didn't even know what part I was looking for longer than it took me to order and pay for the parts through etrailer. These guys killed it!

Product was just as described they are real Thule bottom plates not an imitation. They work perfect on my Thule side arm racks with standard square bars.
Perfect replacement for plastic versions that cracked when used with Thule square bars (plastic versions would not have cracked I suspect with aero bars but this style of universal bracket in plastic cannot take only 2 points of contact but these have no issues). I ordered enough to fix the cracked ones and replace the ones that had not yet cracked.
My package arrived partially open and a majority of the pieces were missing; I contacted George @ etrailer.com about it. I emailed George some images of the compromised packaging and he was VERY quick to have a replacement package sent to me at no extra cost.
Affordable prices can be easy to find nowadays but fantastic customer service, not so much. Thank you again for your help George. Pleasure doing business.
