I looked for other solutions and the mounting kit you offered looked like the best. Ordering was easy. It came quickly. It came with all of the parts! It came with instructions! Installed it in a short period of time. I was skeptical about the price but if I get a decade of use out of it I’ll be happy and it will be a great value!
Instructions show key "round nuts" that were not part of the original product nor this kit. Cost of nuts adds up to more than $40, tacking on to $60 or so for the kit, and suggesting this adaption of a large and expensive rack is not worth it. Thule is doing us wrong. Only good news is eTrailer support at least listens well over the phone and returns are fairly easy, even if they can't explain why this is what it is.

Oops, I guess. Spacers werent needed once partially threaded bolts slipped through the fresh plastic. Rating should be a 3, reflecting that the kit works but instructions have issues.
The mounting kit fit perfectly on my Toyoata Corolla Cross factory cross bars and my Thule ski racks.
etrailer delivered my order pretty fast. There was enough information in the product description to determine that the clamps would fit on my particular crossbars. The hardware was excellent and came with security bolts that require a special tool (included). I needed something to keep straps, and especially my hands, from sliding off the end of the Yakima CoreBars. Easy installation; great price.

I use the product primarily to keep my hand from sliding off the the rack bar when I pull myself up onto the door frame. They keep straps from sliding off the bars, too. Thye have been working well.
Have had the kit on my Thule ski rack for a year so far and has made it through its first ski season as well as a summer of carrying my fishing poles. Never any issues, a good purchase.

Purchased this kit to adapt an old-school Thule ski rack to Rivian-branded cargo bars. Connection is a little clunky but reasonably solid. Kit is a little pricey, in my opinion.
This is the 25th anniversary of using 724 ski rack as a rod rack for our travel to the outer banks of North Carolina. The adapters and crossbars are the newest addition for the Jeep Cherokee. Everything fit like a dream!

I actually bought these so I could mount an awning on the stock crossbars on my Outback. They are the right shape for the flat crossbars, and I just replaced the bolts they came with with some 6mm hex bolts. It works perfectly—very solid, secure mount and I didn’t have to do any of the adaptations I’ve seen other Outback owners do. Super happy this worked!
Need old parts for your old Thule ski rack or old Thule bike rack?!!! Look no further than etrailer. I found everything I needed in order to throw away some old parts and hardware that was so sun damaged and time to get new. etrailer had every part and hardware items I was looking for. Great quick service with shipping notifications. New locks and attachment hardware installed. The old Thule ski racks are ready for the season. PS- very simple to change the locks with the special removal key.
This part was exactly as explained and great quality arrived perfectly on time with the predicted arrival time and was installed easily. Since I did not have the original Fasteners to connect the mounts to the snowboard rack I just bought some 6-100 thread pattern lock nuts and used those to connect the mounts other then that everything was flawless. With these mounts they will also connect to the top of a Thule roof basket with no hassle at all.
Perfect! Delivered on time and as specified in the photos/description. Right fit for my old ski rack.

Seems expensive for what you get but worked good to mount ski rack to factory bars on 13 sienna
Works exactly as ordered. I was able to repurpose a perfectly fine 20 year old+ ski rack that fits on too of my trusty ol 2000 Suburban.
Just received and installed my mounting kit. Traded in my car for a new 2020 RAV4 that had factory cross bars and this mounting kit worked perfectly to mount my snowboard carriers!

Booya just what I needed…. I overtightened and etrailer saved my backside
Arrived in a timely manner. Easy, straight forward install. Used on 2014 Chevy Equinox. Unlike the older Thule clips that wrapped the roof rack factory cross bar this bracket "sandwich" the cross bar. To keep the ski rack upright just alternate tightening the screws front and then back. I reused the original wing nuts with no problem. Should easily transfer in the future to another vehicle.

It performed flawlessly for the season. Removal for storage was easy.
I ordered this for an older model Thule 725 so that it would fit my Traverse 2020 crossbars. The kit arrived quickly and I had it on top of my car in about 20 minutes. Came with everything that I needed. Be sure you have your old wingnuts from your old hardware because as you can see from the description this does not come with new ones. Worked perfectly!
