Great to have found you guys and thus able to buy the bits (915-0660-31/753-3001/853-3506/853-7481/853-0446-01) I needed rather than having to buy a complete set!
Everything arrived as ordered and was fast.
Will be refitting the bits in the coming days so will be able to transport two bikes once again...hurrah!

Someone was successful in stealing key parts /straps off my rack. I contacted Thule directly for replacement parts, unfortunately the parts I needed were not available for individual sale on their site. I would have to replace the entire assembly. They directed me to etrailer.
The etrailer representative was courteous and knowledgeable. Parts came RIGHT AWAY.
Wasn’t threaded properly so I could not use it.
I bought this replacement lever, bolt and barrel nut for my Thule double track bike rack. The product was exactly as described and arrived well packaged and ahead of time. Prompt service. I am very satisfied and would order again if the need arises.
I purchased wheel holder replacements and the hardware for my Thule 990 bike Rack that were not available from Thule. They arrived on time and fit perfect! My wheel holders were stolen by an opportunistic thief from the rack. Of course I was upset about this and became even more upset when I realized Thule didn't offer them for purchase. small parts are often "lifted" from apparatus external to vehicles and finding replacement parts and purchasing them at a reasonable cost even more difficult BUT etrailer solves it all, reasonable parts cost, huge inventory and smart shipping make it an ideal site for the thrifty

Spoke to a representative about the parts I needed prior to ordering. Was very helpful with me and made sure I had everything I needed. Told me when package would be shipped and when I would receive it. Everything came in on time and was exactly what she said it would be. Rack works perfect again.
