We do have many parts available for your older Thule Flat Top 724 ski carrier. Here is what we carry as replacements:

- Mounting Kit for Thule Flat Top Rooftop Ski and Snowboard Racks # 7533998 (will need # THXADAPT7 if your crossbars are over 30mm tall)
- Replacement Rectangular Washer for Thule Ride-On Adapter # 853-2154
- Replacement Square-Bar Clamp-On for Thule Ride-On Adapter # 853-2156
- Replacement M6 x 50 Carriage Bolt for Thule Carriers # 915-0650-54
- Replacement Thule 2-Wing Knob # 753-1897-03

All of these parts are confirmed to fit the Thule Flat Top 724. If you need any help with identifying what parts you need, feel free to respond with a photo to this answer.

I see. Thanks so much for the response. Unfortunately, I confirmed with Thule that they do not offer a replacement of the part that is damaged in the photo. The only alternative is upgrading to a new ski carrier. For a great upgrade, I recommend the Thule SnowPack Ski and Snowboard Carrier # TH7324 (silver) or # TH7324B (black). The SnowPack allows you to transport up to 4 pairs of skis or 2 snowboards on your vehicle. It also comes with locks to secure your skis/boards to the carrier and the carrier to the rack.
