Question:
6 pins working. Charging aux 12V pin is not. I am pretty confident I installed everything correctly as it was all very straight forward. However the charging pin is not active. Any advice on how best to trouble shoot this? Connections to the power / charging pin appear solid from the frame connection points. Thanks.

On wiring harness # C56226 the larger brown relay is for the 12 volt circuit on the 7-Way. Since this is the circuit that is giving you troubles this would be where I would assume the issue is. Check to make sure it's connected properly and seated fully.
Next you'll want to check under the hood for trailer wiring fuses and replace as needed. If you don't want to mess with the vehicle's factory wiring and want to bypass the circuit so that you can activate it you do have the option to run 10 gauge wire like part # 10-1-1 (sold by foot) from the 1:00 pin of the 7-way to the positive post of the vehicle battery through a breaker like part # 9510.
