I have a solution for you, but because of the weight of your e-bike, you're going to be extremely limited when it comes to options for carrying it on the roof of your vehicle. The best solution to carry your bike on your roof rack is the Inno Tire Hold II # INA389 which has a capacity of 50-lbs; you would need to remove the battery on your e-bike in order to reduce the weight enough for it to be carried on the roof rack in this manner.
If you can't get your e-bike under 50-lbs, you would need to install a trailer hitch and use a hitch mounted rack capable of carrying e-bikes like the RockyMounts MonoRail Solo # RKY10007, which has a 60-lb capacity and will fit in both 1-1/4" and 2" trailer hitches.
If you wanted to go that route and don't already have a hitch on your vehicle, please let me know the make, model and year and I can recommend the best hitch available to complete your setup.
