Required Fascia Cutting When Installing EcoHitch Trailer Hitch on 2020 Tesla Model 3

Question:

can you tell me/show me what exactly needs to be cut on the fascia of my 2020 Tesla Model 3 to isntall the Ecohitch, thank you.

When installing the EcoHitch Trailer Hitch Receiver # EH84GR on 2018 Tesla Model 3's they needed to cut a 3-1/2" or 4" oval l(the larger opening will just give you more clearance to work with) on the underbody trim to make room for the drop-down 2" receiver. However, on the 2019 models and newer, there is a knockout panel provided so that trimming is not necessary.
