So it looks like the tekonsha 7-way 22113 will fit my 2020 Dodge Durango that does not have any wiring even though it says it is a replacement harness? Do I have that right?

Yes, you are absolutely correct, the Tekonsha OEM Replacement Vehicle Wiring Harness with Brake Controller Adapter - 7 Way Trailer Connector # TK22113 will fit your 2020 Dodge Durango that does not currently have factory trailer wiring. It says replacement in the title but will work to give your Durango a 7-way.
With this harness you will be able to add a brake controller, and for that I recommend the Curt Echo Mobile Trailer Brake Controller # C51180 because it is the easiest brake controller on the market to use. The Echo will simply plug into the 7-way on your Durango with absolutely no additional wiring necessary. This means no bulky unit in your cab, saving you precious space and the hassle of having to drill under your dash to mount it.
