Can you please compare the hidden hitches for my 2019 Subaru Outback Wagon? Looking to use one for a bike rack. Thanks!

I'd be more than happy to compare the Draw-Tite # 76227, Curt # C13410, and EcoHitch # 306-X7601 trailer hitches (with the concealed cross tube) for your 2019 Subaru Outback Wagon!

All 3 options have the same basic design and the weight ratings exceed that of your '19 Outback Wagon so it really boils down to pricing and construction. I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch # C13410 because it has the best welding done at a reasonable price. Curt also tends to put a thicker powder coat finish on their trailer hitches which will do a better job at preventing corrosion in the long run. I have attached an installation video and some photos showing this trailer hitch installed on a similar 2019 Outback Wagon that you can check out.
