The Dexter 8-222 model hubs currently on your trailer are designed primarily for mobile home use, and these types of hubs typically use unique bearing combinations that make it really difficult to find full replacement assemblies. Mobile home parts like these are really only manufactured for one time use so replacements aren't usually available.
The only replacement parts I can offer for your existing setup are the bearings and seal, which can be found with part # L68149 for the inner bearing, LM67048 for the outer bearing, and # 10-40 for the grease seal.
If the hubs and brakes are also in desperate need for replacement your best option is honestly going to be to replace the axle altogether with one that features standard spindles so new hubs (and replacements down the line) can be easily obtained. If you can tell me both the capacity and length of your current axle I will be happy to try and recommend a specific replacement.
I have also attached a link below that will take you to our complete selection.
