The Lippert High-Speed Power Stabilizer Jack # LC298707 is a stabilizing jack which means it does not lift your trailer at all. The jacks are only meant to come down and press against the ground to stabilize the trailer so you don't feel the bounce or shifting when walking around inside of your trailer. Because of this there is no weight capacity rating for lifting the trailer but the jack itself has a 3,500lb stabilizing capacity.
