The Lippert High-Speed Power Stabilizer Jack # LC298707 is a stabilizing jack which means it does not lift your trailer at all. The jacks are only meant to come down and press against the ground to stabilize the trailer so you don't feel the bounce or shifting when walking around inside of your trailer. Because of this there is no weight capacity rating for lifting the trailer but the jack itself has a 3,500lb stabilizing capacity.
If you wanted a system that can provide lift then you would instead need a leveling jack like the Electric Ground Control TT Automatic 5-Point Travel Trailer Leveling System - 10,000lbs # LC672136. This system automatically levels and stabilizes your travel trailer with the five precise, motorized jacks that can be operated with the included control panel or via your smart device (if RV has Wi-Fi and factory-installed OneControl system).
