I have a Reese Outfitter 4 bike rack, 2 inch hitch. This one has two plates each one secures two bikes, there is one knob to hold each plate. Due to corrosion I need to replace the two knobs. Hope that you can help. Thanks

To replace the knobs on your older Reese Outfitter 4-bike hitch rack, you can use part # P1004 if the original knobs you're trying to replace use 3/8 in diameter by 2 in long bolts. It looks like you could also use the replacement vinyl pads for the cradles. Individual pads are available as part # P0023.
These are labeled as replacements for the Swagman Original bike rack, but should be compatible with your Reese Outfitter since they were manufactured by Swagman for Reese at that time.
