I actually have a truxedo Lopro, I believe part# 545901. Which I took off the front cross bar. What would be the replacement for this one?

The best way to pick out replacement velcro strips for a tonneau cover is first determining the brand and model of the cover that you have and then going by what the manufacturer offers as a replacement.
The part # A60270 that you referenced is the correct replacement strip for if you have an Access brand TonnoSport or Vanish cover and it measures 17 inches long and 1 inch wide. If you have a different cover let me know, but I also attached a link to all of the replacement strips we offer for other brands we carry as well.
