Question:
We have a 5th wheel camper equipped with 5 lug on 4.5inch wheels. The wheels presently on it are rated at 2150# per wheel. There is no markings on the wheels that indicate the maximum air pressure of the wheels. I presently have 4 nearly new 15inch Goodyear Endurance load range E trailer tires that I would like to put on our 5th wheel and run them inflated to 80 psi but I cannot find any 80 psi wheels with 2830# weight capacity. D oes such a wheel exist and if so do you have them available?5 lug on 4.5 aluminum camper trailer rims The reason we want to go to the heavier load range E specs is #1: We have the nearly new tires available, and #2: I want the added peace of mind knowing I have a tire and wheel combination that has a capacity well above what the camper actually weighs. Ive seen and heard way too many horror stories about blow out damage on campers.

I understand your concern with tire blow outs and I have some options for you. The maximum air pressure is determined by the valve stem in the wheel and not really the wheel itself. It will be hard to find a 15" aluminium wheel with a 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern that are rated for 2,830 lbs and we do not carry one.
I recommend to use Taskmaster Vesper Steel Modular Trailer Wheel - 15" x 6" Rim - 5 on 4-1/2 - Silver
Item # TA59RR that is rated for 2,835 lbs. You need to switch the valve stem out for Americana Metal, Bolt-In Valve Stem - 1-1/4" Long part # AM20906 that's rated at over 100 PSI to use the Goodyear tires. I understand these are going on a boat trailer so your probably concerned about rust but the Taskmaster steel wheels feature a physical vapor deposition coating process that does not allow water molecules to cling to the coating to prevent corrosion.
