In regards to the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 13322 which is a fit for your 2006 GMC Sierra 1500, the bolts that are used to secure the trailer hitch to the bumper are M14-2 x 40mm hex bolts. Therefore, the weld nuts inside the bumper are M14-2.
If you are just looking for a hardware kit for a trailer hitch that you already own then you can use the Replacement Hardware Kit for Trailer Hitches part # RHK to obtain these bolts and the rest of the hardware that you need.
