Just want to make sure the rear mounts will fit my 2012 Silverado 2500 HD extended cab with a factory receiver hitch.

Yes, the Torklift Custom Frame-Mounted Camper Tie Downs # TLC3212 fit your 2012 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD with Extended Cab and a factory receiver hitch. If you also need the Front Tie downs, the Torklift Frame Mounted Tie Downs for 6-1/2 ft bed are # TLC2220 and the 8ft bed # TLC2219 .
If you're in need of new turnbuckles for your setup the TorkLift AnchorGuard Turnbuckles # TLS9013 are a great option. These are spring loaded in the front with spring tension indicators on the driver and passenger side to allow for a simple setup.
With your truck bed mounted camper, you also may want to consider adding some suspension enhancement for your rear axle. Because of the weight and stress that truck bed campers put on the rear suspension, adding jounce style rubber spacers like the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement # TGMRTT35D are going to help fight body roll and add some extra cushion when on rougher roads.

Hi Erik, I am looking at the torklift brochure and it says for 2011-2014 2500/3500 Chevy 6.5ft bed the model is TLC2213. I noticed you don't sell those. Is the TLC2220 a replacement for the TLC 2213?
