Tie Down Anchor Relocation Kit Required For a 2012 Ram Dually With Short Bed

We have a 2012 Ram short bed with short bed and running boards to the end of the cab and factory installed hitch. The parts are TLD2120 and TLD3109. Do we need the relocation kit like the 2010 requires?

I checked with Torklift and they recommend when using # TLD2120 and # TLD3109 on a dually, first measure between the anchor points and if the measurement there is less than 90" you need the TorkLift Camper Anchor Relocation Kit # TLA7004 to increase anchor point width and clear the fenders.
