Question:
Would you normally have the extensions on just the rear of the camper or also the front? I have a 2025 Ford F-350 DRW. Thank you!

You typically only need them on the front Reid. The HappiJac Extender Bracket for Dual Wheel Chassis Truck Camper Jacks item # HJ54FR are going to give you the necessary clearance to back your dually truck up so you can drop your camper in the bed. You need that wider stance to clear you dually fenders.
Now if you're hoisting it down you may be able to go without but if a situation arises where you need to drop the camper you'll appreciate the extra clearance the item # HJ54FR offers.
If you need the additional clearance for the rear as well, I recommend putting the HappiJac item # HJ54FR on all four legs. These will bolt directly to the Swing Out Extension Brackets for HappiJac Truck Camper Jack Systems item # LC182496.
What kind of camper do you have?

I installed only on front since fender in back does come near jack. Back of truck tail will have to stop due to overhang, taillights and front wall of pickup bed. Quality construction well worth investment.

I would agree you only need to place them on the front of the camper. We have a Ram 3500 Dually but we installed a flatbed with rub rails. We're right at 102" wide and the extender brackets provided the extra clearance we needed to clear our width. Keep in mind that when you install these brackets, when you fold the jack in they will come very close when opening your rear doors.

I bought one extender because I couldn’t open the fuel door on my 2025 Duramax unless I removed my Happijac Jack. I can now and refuel buy not completely. I need the hinge attachment also but they’re only sold in pairs. Removing the Happijac was never fun and I risked hitting my truck with it.

Agreed, the extensions are only needed on the front two jacks in order to clear the DRW bed hump when you back in under the camper. They worked great on mine and are made very hefty and secure.
