The top of the rear door is made of glass. So how can i fasten the rack.

To install the Yakima FullBack Bike Rack, part # Y02634 or # Y02633, you need to use the anchor mode to accommodate the glass door/trunk on your 2019 Hyundai Ioniq. These instructions are a few pages long and I've linked the complete instructions for you to check out. I have attached a photo of what the finished installation looks like.
If any of your bikes have an alternative frame that doesn't have a horizontal cross tube like a traditional men's bike then an adapter bar like part # Y02531 is recommended. This will help keep your bike level and increase ground clearance. You may also be interested in the Softride Soft Hook-and-Loop Tie Downs # SR54FR to help keep your front tire from potentially damaging another bike or making contact with your vehicle.
