Are Replacement Lock Cores Available for Locking Knob on Swagman Upright Bike Rack

Hello. I lost the keys for our roof mounted bike racks #S64720. Do I need to replace each of the knobs, or can I get replacement locks? Assuming I need to replace the knobs using Part P1030 can I get knobs with matching locks so that I can unlock each of the knobs with the same key, as opposed to having to use a separate key for each knob? Thanks!
