Good afternoon, I have lost my key for my roof bike rack. MY bike is mounted on the rack which is lock. I wish to order a lock replacement parts P1030 but I do not know how to remove the existant lock from the rack. Thank you

I spoke with my contact at Swagman and he said your best option to replace the existing lock with your bike still mounted is to use a drill bit to simply drill out the core on the lock. You can then pop out the lock with a screwdriver and remove the assembly.
The Replacement Locking Knob # P1030 that you mentioned is the correct replacement and will work perfectly on your Upright Bike Carrier # S64720. It includes 2 keys.
