What is rcomended torque value for 2” ball hitch?

For a 2 inch hitch ball that will work perfectly with the Curt Ball Mount # C45070 you mentioned I recommend the Tow Ready # 63845. When installing the ball it should be torqued down to 250 foot pounds.
