No Trailer Running Lights On a 2007 Nissan Xterra
Published 08/13/2019 >
Question:
John - We have a Saturn Sunline 22ft . We had a new tow vehicle circular plug installed and replaced the plug on the cable from the trailer. The brake lights, turn signal, stop and backup all work, but not the running lights. The mechanic said he could not find the running lights relay. Can you tell us which relay he is referring to on a camper and which part we need to replace or add? Many thanks

The most common cause we see with the trailer running lights not working on a 2007 Nissan Xterra is the absence of a relay, the Blue 4 Terminal Relay which is included int he Curt Relay Kit # C57000 which installs into the fuse box under the driver dash to the left of the steering column (see photo).
