The Lockout Solenoid Kit # DM5837 you referenced is not designed to fit the DA86 model of Demco actuators, which is the part # DM8608601 you referenced.

There is an alternative option for a similar hydraulic drum brake actuator with a lockout that I recommend checking out, the Demco Hydraulic Brake Actuator w/ Manual Lockout - Drum - Zinc - 8" Adjustable Channel - 8K # DM8760011.

This is just the channel portion of the coupler and I recommend adding the Demco Trailer Coupler - Adjustable Channel Mount - eZ-Latch - Zinc - 2" Ball - 10,000 lbs # DM12688-95.

The Demco Hydraulic Brake Actuator w/ Manual Lockout - Drum - Zinc - 8" Adjustable Channel - 8K # DM8760011 uses 1/2 inch by 4-1/2 inch grade 5 bolts.
