All parts you asked about are included with the Dexter DX7.5 Drop-N-Go Brake Actuator # 099-175-00. A reverse lockout solenoid valve like part # T4748800 is not required but may be needed along with the Solenoid Shield, part # T4835800183. These items will allow you to shift your tow vehicle into reverse and backup without activating the brakes on the trailer. I have included a link for the installation instructions which also includes a parts list for the brake actuator.
