The trailer hitch we offer for your 2015 Volkswagen Golf TSI with the best ground clearance is the EcoHitch part # 306-X7309 which fits right up to the bottom of the rear bumper fascia. It also does not have a crosstube that hangs down as low as the hitch opening like the other hitches have which means much better ground clearance when turning into elevation changes like driveways. It measures 11 inches from the top of the receiver opening to the ground. I attached a video for you to see this.

We haven't had chance to measure it but if you subtract 1-1/2 inches from bottom of your rear bumper you'll know exactly where it will be. Now taking a second look at the EcoHitch part # 306-X7310 it does sit a bit higher up into the rear fascia so it probably beats the Draw Tite by right at 1/2 inch. Second picture I attached shows it installed. It looks to actually hang higher than the GTI exhaust that it fits as well.
