Will the female buckle replacements for Extangs Solid Fold 2.0 fit on a Solid Fold 1.0? It looks very close by the picture.

I reached out to my contact at Extang and the correct replacement female tie-down buckle for your original SolidFold Tonneau Cover is the part # EX1018.

While similar in appearance the Tie-Down Buckle # EX54560402 that you referenced only fits the 2.0 model SolidFold and won't work on your original SolidFold.
