Is there a difference between the Curt, Drawtite, and EcoHitch trailer hitches for the 2019 VW Golf Alltrack? Either in look or performance? And would either of them hang lower, eg diminish ground clearance?

While none of the three hitches will hang lower to diminish ground clearance, there is one major difference between the Curt Trailer Hitch # C11422, Draw-Tite Sportframe Trailer Hitch # 24949 and EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch # 306-X7315 that fit your 2019 VW Golf Alltrack, which is that the EcoHitch has a 2" receiver compared to the 1-1/4" receiver of the Curt and Draw-Tite.

The larger 2" receiver of the EcoHitch is important because it allows the use of a wider range of high-quality accessories; the Curt and Draw-Tite are Class I hitches with a 1-1/4" receiver which means you can only use Class I-rated accessories, which limits both the number and quality of options.
