Question:

Can the Yakima Skybox 12 or other Skybox models be mounted to the t-slot channels in either the Yakima HD Bars or Yakima Lock N Load platform?

We have T-slot adapters for Thule cargo boxes with the part # TH27PQ and Inno boxes with the part # INBRP12 but at this time Yakima does not offer any adapters like this. I attached a link to this page that shows all of the Inno boxes we offer as well as all of the Thule boxes we offer. The Thule boxes have to be ones that have the PowerClick mounting hardware which means the Motion XT line. The most similar option would be the Thule Motion XT part # TH629706 which has a 16 cubic foot capacity. These boxes and adapter would also fit the channels on the platforms you mentioned as well.

Yakima tends to follow popular ideas that Thule comes up with so I wouldn't be surprised if they eventually came up with a similar adapter.
