The biggest benefit with using the EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver # 306-X7315 over the Draw-Tite Sportframe Trailer Hitch Receiver # 24949 or the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C11422 is the receiver tube size. The EcoHitch has a 2" receiver tube rather than an 1 1/4", that opens up a lot of options for accessories to mount.
Although the weight ratings and the installation process is the same for all three hitches 200 lbs TW and 2000 lbs GTW, if you already own 2" accessories like a bike rack, or cargo carrier you can use it directly with the EcoHitch without the use of an adapter. When adapters are used they reduce the hitch capacity, so by the time everything is mounted up, there wouldn't be enough capacity to carry much.
I always recommend the 2" hitch option if there is one available, because it's much more versatile and leaves options open for the future.
If you are looking for a bike rack I recommend Kuat Transfer 2 Bike Platform Rack # KU74FR.
You can check out the mentioned parts with the links I attached. I also attached a few videos of the bike rack and locks on a different Volkswagen Golf.
