The correct Front TorkLift Custom Frame-Mounted Camper Tie-Down for your 2018 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 Short Bed is part # TLC2223 if you have a Double Cab or part # TLC2220 if you have a Crew Cab, assuming you have a factory installed trailer hitch. These do not require drilling.

The TorkLift Custom Frame-Mounted Camper Tie-Downs part # TLC2220 is for a 2011-2013 GM Truck and will not fit a 2018 GM Truck.

The TorkLift Custom Frame-Mounted Camper Tie-Downs - Front # TLC2223 is not a fit for your truck. You will instead want # TLC2220 for your 2018 Silverado 2500 Crew Cab with 6.5 bed.

I checked with Torklift and the correct tie downs for your 2018 GMC Sierra 2500 short bed double cab with the part #TLC3215 for the rear and the part #TLC2223 for the front.
