Yes, for your 2019 BMW X5 I highly recommend the Yakima FullBack 2-Bike Rack # Y02634 or the 3-Bike version # Y02633. I verified with Yakima that this is confirmed to fit your X5.
This is an excellent trunk-mount carrier that features SuperCush anti-sway cradles and ratcheting straps to hold the bikes at 3 different point for an extremely stable ride and rubber pads on all the contact points to prevent any scratches on the BMW. Integrated locks are also included to help protect your investments.
I have attached a short video review on this carrier along with an image from Yakima that shows the carrier mounted to the 2019 BMW X5.
If you happen to have any children's, women's, or alternative frame bikes you might also need an adapter bar like the Kuat # UB01. This will provide a horizontal attachment point for level transport and improved ground clearance.
