Question:
Hi there, I have a 2009 Toyota Venza and am switching the hitch to my newer 2011 Toyota Venza. Can you please tell me what size of bolts are needed? I should purchase new ones rather than recycling the old. As well, will my older wiring kit for the 2009 fit the 2011? The 2009 was perfectly set up to plug and play. Thanks in advance!

Your Draw-Tite Class III Max Frame Receiver Hitch # 75663 does fit both the 2009 and 2011 model Toyota Venza. You will definitely want to use new hardware for installation and the easiest route to take for this is to order part # RHK. Once on this product page simply type the part number in the text box provided (75663) and select Draw-Tite from the manufacturer drop-down menu. We will then send out the complete hardware kit for this particular hitch on your vehicle.
The hardware for this hitch includes six M10-125 x 40mm CL 10.9 hex bolts, six 3/8 inch conical toothed washers, and two 5/16 inch x 1 inch x 1-1/2 inch spacer blocks.
Both custom plug-and-play trailer wiring harnesses available for the 2009 Toyota Venza, the Tekonsha # 118482 and the Curt # C56079, also fit the 2011 model Venza so your existing kit will carry over without issue as well.
