Hello! Hopefully have videos or guide added for the new 2019 Rav 4 for wiring. It is long way to go....

For your 2019 Toyota RAV4 we have the custom fit trailer wiring harness from Curt part # C56434 which is your best option. While we don't have an install video for it (as of June 2019) we do have a set of detailed install instructions I have linked to this page. The install is pretty basic for custom fit trailer wiring. You'll have to access the taillight connectors behind the rear interior panels and then run a wire up to the vehicle battery.
