The Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System for your 2018 Ford F-150 is part # TFR1504E which uses an M10 bolt to attach the spring to the bracket. Therefore, you will need to use the Timbren Spacer part # TA25722-90F00 for 1/2" or part # TA25723-90AD00 for 1" which both have a 1/2" bushing.
