The RoadActive Suspension Kit # RAS3611-Y is the correct fit for your 2016 Ford F-150 4x4. This is a mechanically active system designed to eliminate the bounce you are experiencing. It will allow adjustment for the best fit on your truck but doesn't require any additional adjustment so it doesn't need to be changed for when loaded or unloaded.

The SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs - Rear Axle # SSR-117-47 are also a great option to eliminate the bounce by helping to level your load and support the weight to assist your factory suspension. These are a simple no-drill installation and also require no maintenance. There is never any adjustment necessary with this option, but it will adjust to best support your load by its design to get stronger as it compresses.

The SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs - Rear Axle # SSR-117-47 and the RoadActive Suspension Kit # RAS3611-Y can be used in conjunction with each because they do not install in the same location so there is not interference. One or the other should accomplish your desired goal, but yes, you technically can use them in conjunction.
