I have a 2001 GMC Sonoma 4x4. I am trying to find replacement mounting brackets for my Westin Brush Guard. Will these fit a 2001 GMC Sonoma 57-378PK

Westin does not have a brush guard compatible with your 2001 GMC Sonoma. They have determined it is not a fit to do so based on the mounting locations for support so if you mount the grille guard pictured you would need to create/fabricate custom support brackets.

The only manufacturer approved fit for your truck we carry is the Westin Safari Light Mounting Bar with Installation Kit - 2" Tubing - Black Powder Coated Steel # 30-0005-1065 or polished stainless # 30-0000-1065.
