Can a green couplar be upgraded to a red couplar propane regulator

No, propane regulators that take red fittings are high pressure regulators so most green fittings are not going to be rated for use on a high pressure regulator. For example some high pressure regulators satisfy BTU ratings over 1 million BTU/hr and our Camco green propane fitting part # CAM59923 is rated for 200,000 BTU/hr. We do not carry red fittings at this time.
