I have a 2008 3500HD 4x4 long bed crew cab that I am looking to set up to tow a 5th wheel and a goose neck. I want a completely hidden hitch when I am not towing and am looking at both the BandW and the Drawtite options. However I also want to put in airbags for some leveling capabilities. What hitch/airbag combinations will work together for my rig?

You have already found the best combination 5th wheel/gooseneck towing option for your 2008 GMC Sierra 3500 long bed, the B&W Companion setup, parts # BWGNRK1067-5W and # BWRVK3500-5W. The Companion gives you both hitches in one system and the ability to have a totally clear bed when you need it. For an in-bed 7-way harness kit you can use part # C56000. For reference, an install video on a Sierra is linked for you along with the written instructions.
For a compatible air spring setup look to the Firestone Ride-Rite Red Label heavy-duty kit # F2700 for maximum 7500-lb capacity or the standard-duty 4800-lb kit # F2250. Both work with the Companion.
For the most utility from the air springs I recommend a compressor that will let you adjust pressure as you drive instead of having to pull over to manually air up the bags. For heavy-duty kit # F2700 use Firestone Air Command II # F2168; for the standard-duty kit # F2250 use Air Command I compressor # F2158.
