With the B&W Turnoverball underbed gooseneck trailer hitch you get the best of both worlds. When you go to tow, the Turnoverball creates a sturdy, dependable connection with your gooseneck trailer. And when you're done towing, you can remove the ball to get full bed access and a clean appearance.
Easy-to-Remove Hitch Ball
The durable steel hitch ball included with the Turnoverball system secures in the hitch with a sturdy, 5/8" thick steel pin that is incorporated into the end of the operating handle. To lock the ball in place, drop it into the hitch hole in the bed of truck. Then rotate the handle in driver's-side wheel well counterclockwise until the latch engages. When the latch is engaged, the spring-loaded pin on the end of the handle will be inserted all the way through the base of the hitch ball, forming a strong, solid connection and ensuring absolute security when you're towing.
When you're done towing, remove the hitch ball by simply pulling the handle out as far as it will go and then rotating it clockwise until it unlatches. Remove the ball and store it until the next time you tow.
Unlike typical gooseneck balls - which have round bases - the Turnoverball hitch ball is designed with a square base. This makes latching the ball in the hitch easier because the base won't rotate inside of the hitch like a round base might, so lining the pin up is a snap.
Simple, Custom Installation
This hitch is custom designed for your vehicle. The included mounting brackets bolt to existing holes in your truck's frame. While some modification is required - you will need to cut a 4" diameter hole in your bed for the hitch ball and drill holes for the built-in safety chain loops - there is no need to weld onto or to drill into your frame.
Once you have the hitch brackets and body installed, set up the operating handle. This handle is designed to be accessed from the rear driver's-side wheel well. On the end of the handle is the heavy-duty steel pin that secures the hitch ball.

Installation was straightforward and the instructions/videos very helpful. We then used the hitch to tow a horse through Canada from Idaho to Alaska for a military move. worked like a charm. Still gets use weekly going to various events and have never had a single problem.

What a good buying experience on my B&W gooseneck hitch and towing accessories for my Toyota Tundra. First of all, the pricing was good on all my items. Second, free shipping. Third great customer service and recommendations during the purchase process and then followup at shipping.
Next day I realized that I had forgotten to get a suspension enhancement item I also wanted so called back. No problem, they would add it to my original shipment for just $x.xx extra.
All the items arrived very well packaged. Based on etrailer.com's great videos on 'how to install on YOUR particular vehicle' series, I was able to install all the components myself. I would not have attempted the hitch without that video so I saved a bunch there due to their video's. THANKS etrailer.com!!!

2007 Toyota Tundra DC 6.5' Bed
Follow the instructions. I had the cross-members and cross-member braces turned the wrong way and thought I was in BIG trouble with the hole lining up with the center section. The kit is well put together and has EVERYTHING you need for the install -tools.
Make use of the "Overhead Lifting Device" mentioned in the very beginning. This makes it much easier to get bolts installed in the center section and cross-members. I just tied a rope to the latch pin in the ball socket and wrapped it around a truss in my garage. The heat shield removed in step 2 will not be re-used.
Have a small 1/2" drive drill on hand. My 4" hole-saw and 1/2" bits would not fit in a 3/8" drill chuck. I had to use a ginormous Makita hammer drill which made it more difficult particularly with the 1/2" holes for the safety chain u-bolts.
Would highly recommend this kit. Everything is well built, well documented, and complete.

Works great. Installation was easy, had a trailer shop drill the hole (cheaper than purchasing the hole saw) and did the rest myself. I drive on muddy roads so I have to take a pressure washer to the pin mechanism every so often or it sticks.

2013 Toyota Tundra
Easy to install. Could do without a lift but it was way easier with the truck in the air. The measurements are spot on for drilling the hole in the bed. I would say that’s the hardest part cutting a hole in the bed. I used a 2x4 and ratchet strap once the hole was cut. I attached it to the mount and held it in place from the top side. I then bolted the kit all together from the under side.

Great product, the fit was perfect of my 2012 tundra, installation was realativly easy with my sons help. I recommend watching etrailer video couple times that will give you a visual and help speed things up, and when your reading directions you will know exactly what they talking about. I pull a 25 and 5 gooseneck using it.

Review from a similar Turnoverball in Gooseneck Hitch
This was my first order I placed with et etrailer. If one work could say it I guess it would perfect! I ordered on a Tuesday arrived on Thursday. I Placed the order got conformation and a name and contact to call if I had any issues, once it arrived I got another email letting me know if had been delivered. The installation video was perfect made it’s easy to install just followed the steps. When I need any trailer related items I will use them. As far as the B&W hitch i put it in a 2017 Ram 2500 with Ram boxes. The fit and quality of the hitch and design is what I have come to expect from B&W. I got this hitch to pull a gooseneck horse trailer. If your wondering if it will work with Ram Boxes it will.

Review from a similar Turnoverball in Gooseneck Hitch
Received in terrible condition. One box was completely open at all borders and finish on hitch was chipped in multiple places. Product was shown as in stock when order was placed but wasn't shipped until the day AFTER it was supposed to be delivered. Two calls to etrailer told me it would be shipped prior to that date but obviously just trying to smooth over the situation. Installation was completed per instructions and watching etrailer [online] videos without issue. Only difficulty is torquing the bolts to final specs in tight spaces.

To determine where to cut the 4 inch diameter hole to install the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch w/ Custom Installation Kit # BWGNRK1257 in your 2011 Toyota Tundra you will need to measure from the tail gate end of the truck bed floor by hooking a tape measure over the end of the truck box and mark the floor at 42 3/8”.
Next, find the center point between the wheel wells, where these marks intersect with the first measurement will be the center point of your four inch... view full answer...
The 4 inch hole that you'll need to drill in the bed of the 2013 Toyota Tundra will be centered from left to right and exactly 42-3/8 inches from the rear edge of the truck bed. This is the location for all bed lengths of your truck as well. view full answer...
The correct B and W Turnoverball Gooseneck Hitch for your 1998 Dodge Ram 1500 is the part # BWGNRK1394 and the measurements to use vary depending on your bed length. You'll want the hole centered from left to right but from the rear edge of the truck bed the hold would be 48-3/8 inches if you have a long bed or 44-3/8 inches if you have a short bed. I attached a picture that I took from the install instructions which shows this as well. view full answer...
I wish we had that type of info we could give out. Best advice we can give would be to make sure you under the towing capacity of your truck with the weight of the trailer you plan to tow. Also since you have a short bed truck make sure the nose of the trailer is narrow otherwise you'll have turning clearance issues.
When it's time to pick out a hitch for your 2017 Toyota Tundra the best option is the B and W Gooseneck part # BWGNRK1257 as it's the easiest to use, best made, and longest... view full answer...
Yes, I confirmed with Firestone that the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs # F2445 is compatible with the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # BWGNRK1257 on your 2019 Toyota Tundra.
The Turnoverball bracket does have specific directions for the fuel pump control when using air springs like the Firestone, as you can see in the cut out of the directions. These are the specific directions you will want to follow, as it does look like it would push it out to the B&W bracket.

As you suspected, any of the air bag suspension systems offered by Firestone or AirLift would interfere with the gooseneck hitch. Unfortunately, the two cannot be installed simultaneously.
I would recommend the Timbren Aeon Springs, part # TTORTUN4. These springs would replace your factory bump stops, so they will not interfere with the gooseneck hitch mounting brackets. The springs become progressively stiffer as more weight is added, but will not come into play or affect the ride in... view full answer...
It never hurts to add a transmission cooler to your vehicle when you are towing a trailer. The biggest concerns when adding a cooler is making sure you have adequate space and choosing the best location when installing a cooler so that you get the best performance.
For a transmission cooler that offers the highest performance I recommend a cooler like the Derale Stacked-Plate Transmission Cooler Kit, part # D13402. This cooler measures 13 inches wide x 6-7/16 inches tall x 2 inches deep. view full answer...
I took a look at the online owner's manual for your 2014 Toyota Tundra and the towing capacity can vary quite a bit depending on your exact model. Because of this, I highly recommend checking your copy of the manual or visiting your local Toyota dealer with your VIN so they can provide you with the exact specifications of your truck. For example, the 1GR-FE engine, 2WD model will have a maximum trailer weight of 4,800 pounds but the 3UR-FE engine, 4WD can have up to a 10,200 pound towing... view full answer...
For your 2013 Toyota Tundra with a 5-1/2 foot bed the best option will be the B and W Gooseneck hitch part # BWGNRK1257 with the 4 inch extender part # BWGNXA4585.
The extension won't help much, but if your trailer has a very narrow nose like a livestock trailer this would be best shot. If the trailer has living quarters and a wide nose you really won't have a way to do it. view full answer...
The perfect solution for your 2014 Toyota Tundra is the B and W Companion fifth wheel hitch part # BWRVK3500 installed in the Turnoverball rail kit part # BWGNRK1257. This rail kit is a confirmed fit for your truck and also doubles as a square shanked gooseneck ball hitch as well so it matches all the criteria you mentioned. Many refer to the B and W Companion hitches as the nicest option around so this would work very well for you. view full answer...
The Firestone Ride Rite kit that fits your 2015 Toyota Tundra is the part # F2445 which is compatible with in-bed hitches like the B and W part # BWGNRK1257 that fits your truck. view full answer...
The hole for the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # BWGNRK1257 is to be placed at 42-3/8" from the rear of the truck bed and centered between the fenders on your 2020 Toyota Tundra. The hole location is the same for all bed lengths of your Tundra. This information is found in the installation instructions which I have linked below.

Right now there isn't a custom gooseneck hitch available for your 2022 Toyota Tundra, however the Curt Gooseneck Flat Plate # C65500 which is a universal kit.
However, you'll need to fabricate and weld a 1/2" steel plate to the frame of the vehicle, and then bolt # C65500 to that, so this option would require some fabrication.
This hitch is rated for a maximum towing capacity of 30,000lbs using the 2-5/16" ball. view full answer...
I do have a solution for you to add a suspension enhancement system (SES) to your 2015 Toyota Tundra but unfortunately none of our air bag kits are compatible with an in-bed hitch like the B&W # BWGNRK1257.
We offer a variety of jounce and leaf style SES for you to choose from. I recommend using the SumoSprings Helper Springs # SSR-610-54 which replace your factory bumpstops and provide extra support up to 2,800 lbs.
Please note that any SES is designed to work with a suspension system... view full answer...
You will need to go with the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # BWGNRK1257 since you have the Crew Max cab on your 2016 Toyota Tundra. The Curt Double Lock Underbed Gooseneck Hitch # C60751 will only work on the 6-1/2' bed length which is why you only see the extended cab(double cab) model on our pictures. Your Crew Max Tundra is only available with the 5-1/2' bed length.

While we have great suspension enhancement options for your 2013 Toyota Tundra with a B and W Gooseneck hitch # BWGNRK1257 installed none of the air bag kits will fit with the install brackets of hitch.
So what I recommend is the SumoSprings Solo part # SSR-610-54 which will give you up to an additional 2,800 lbs of suspension support. I like the SumoSprings for kits like this as they give the support desired without sacrificing ride quality when unloaded.
