The trailer hitch I highly recommend for your 2019 Toyota RAV4 is the Curt # C13416 because it is a bolt-on installation that will not require drilling into your vehicle's frame to install and Curt's long-standing reputation for making very high-quality hitches.

This is a Class III hitch with a 2 inch receiver, like you were wanting. We sell two wiring harnesses for the 2019 Toyota RAV4. We offer the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C56434 and the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118801. It's really going to depend on personal preference because they are going to install the same way. If it were my vehicle, I would go with the T-One. We have a video showing how each installs on our product pages.

You dont show the English 50mm tow ball fitted to the 2 inch square pick up is that in the kit.....Also can you supply the seven pin dedicated wiring kit for England. Thank you.

The trailer hitch doesn't include a hitch ball or ball mount but we do have a few 50mm hitch balls available, which I have linked below. I also linked our full ball mount selection as well. As for the 7-Way itself - you'll want to source that locally because all of ours are made for US trailer wiring configurations. Once you have that in place you'll need to use a converter like # 118158 to separate the circuits for the trailer.

Will this interfere with the "kick to open" sensor for the tailgate?

It is possible that the Curt # C13416 will interfere with the liftgate sensor on your RAV4. This is really the case with any of the hitches available for this vehicle. Unfortunately it's a hard thing to say for certain either way before the hitch is mounted, because we have found that the exact location of the sensor can differ (even within the same vehicle model) and just a tiny bit one way or another is the difference from simply having to move your foot to either side of the receiver to activate the sensors or losing its function completely.
