What are these made out of? also will it fit on 2019 jeep wrangler unlimited mopar roof rack? does the T slot fit into any T slots?

The Conduit Clamp Set # RRBC2 that you referenced is designed specifically to mount to the C-channels that are present on Rhino-Rack Heavy Duty Crossbars. These particular model bars feature a unique C-channel that differs from the standard opening on most other roof rack crossbars like the factory set on your Jeep Wrangler. Unfortunately because of this the kit will not be compatible with your roof rack.

We do have the Buyers Products Conduit Carrier Kit # 337CC400 that uses U-bolts and brackets to mount around roof crossbars instead of via their center channels that should work great for your application. I have attached a short video review that you can check out as well.
