How do the end caps attach to the PVC?

You can attach the end caps with any type of sealant you see fit for the Buyers Products Conduit Carrier Kit - 4" Diameter # 337CC400.
People use any type of sealant or epoxy, often a silicon sealant though, to attach the end caps.
