Question:

I have a Thule 750x Aeroblade Edge crossbar set mounted on my Volvo XC90 2019, T5 FWD Momentum. Also have an 8” Buyers Conduit Carrier I want to mount. Can the t-slot be used to help secure the u-bolt? If I had to drill a hole I’m not sure where I would/should and would like to avoid that if possible.

I suppose you could drill a hole into your conduit carrier, and use the Replacement Square Head Bolt for Thule Fairings # 853-208909 with a M6 nut to secure the conduit carrier to your Thule AeroBlade Edge Roof Rack.

Or

You could use the Conduit Clamp Set (2) for Rhino-Rack Heavy-Duty Crossbars # RRBC2, which will allow you to mount conduit directly into the t-channel of your Thule cross bars.

Since this clamp will only accommodate up to a 4" wide conduit carrier, you will have to use a longer bolt and nut to secure the clamp.
