I have a Sienna 2012 XLE and I am kinda getting confused with the numbers on your website. So just want to make sure before I order it, is this a hitch with a visible cross tube or not. I want to make sure I order the hitch with hidden crosse tube not for cosmetic reasons but also I want to utilize the maximum ground clearance of the vehicle.

We have an etrailer hitch that does fit your 2012 Toyota Sienna and has a totally concealed crosstube for better ground clearance but it's not the # E98837 you referenced. Instead you'd want the part # e98853 and you'd be set.
